1. How long are shipping times?
Your Products will ship within one business day of you placing your order, and than take 4 to 7 days to reach your doorstep. Each product at Caydans has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.
2. How do I check the status for my order?
You will receive an email confirmation for your order when your order is complete. You will also get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped out. If you have any questions regarding your order status or haven't received an email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. What happens if I gave the wrong address?
If you added the wrong shipping information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to change it for you, but we can not guarantee anything in this case because our orders are being processed and shipped very fast after purchase.
4. What form of payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. All transactions are 100% safe.
5. Return Policy
Requirements for returns/exchange.
1. Contact our customer support team at email@example.com or 801-742-7090 and begin the troubleshooting process. This must be done within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. You will be asked to provide the reason why you are not happy with the product followed by required images/videos of how the product is unsatisfactory.
3. The returned items should include all parts as delivered and should be in its original condition. Your item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging and in a resellable condition.
Once the return request has been approved, you will need to send the product back to us with a tracking number and order number. Once your item(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). Please note that it may take some time for the logistics department to confirm the return. If the items are in an acceptable condition a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.
The 30 day money back guarantee does not apply for:
1. Incorrect use
2. Product was somehow damaged by the customer
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are not covered by Caydans.
